The event that's being run is called "Reverse Hose Run."
This event was run only by the Sunrise Association teams.

Truck started from the nozzle line under the arch and lay 2-1/2 " hose back to the hydrant, where they would connect the suction to the hydrant and pump water through line to trip the target.
